How do I place an order?
Simply choose your items from the dropdown menu on the product page and click the "Add to cart" or "Buy now" buttons, then follow the steps to complete your order. We'll start working on it and send you a confirmation email when your package ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay with Paypal.
To pay with an Aurore card, Bank card, Maestro, or another debit card, you have to choose PayPal for your payment. You just have to select "Buy with Paypal" on the checkout page. You'll then be able to select "Pay by Visa credit or debit card" on the following page. Then, you enter your country, and in type of card, you'll be able to select your card.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been made, it's sent to you as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where it'll be mailed to you.
